CLCA Board calls for nominations for an Independent Board Member
Robyn Rauna has advised she has taken a position as Chief Executive of Tamanuhiri Tutu Poroporo Trust and consequently needs to relinquish her Independent Governance role on the CLCA Board. We thank her for the significant contribution she has made to Community Law and wish her well in her new position. Her resignation was effective from 25 February 2016.
The CLCA Board has agreed to call for nominations for an Independent Board Member and if more than one nomination is received, an Extraordinary Meeting of Members will be held via teleconference to elect the new Independent Board Member.
