Our shipping policy:

• CLMs will be shipped NZ Post/ PBT courier (with signature) once funds have cleared in our account
• We require a physical address for courier, as the courier does not cover PO Boxes or Private Bags for security reasons
• Please make a note at checkout if you’d like your Manual left at the door – otherwise it will require signature
• After launching each edition, we ordinarily aim to process and deliver orders within 10 working days, though this process may take longer around the launch period of July-August.
