Complaining about a breach of the Code
People accessing health and disability services have many rights that are outlined in the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights. People whose rights under this Code have been breached can complain to the Health and Disability Commissioner (see: “Health and disability services: Your rights and how to enforce them”).
