During the COVID-19 pandemic the NZ Government have introduced new legislation.
Here are some letter templates you can use to help navigate your rights these new laws.
Letter Templates
Some disqualified or suspended drivers can apply to the District Court for a limited licence because they urgently need a licence for their job or to care for a family member, for example.

If you don’t feel confident completing an application yourself, you can speak with court staff at the District Court, or you can seek help from your local Community Law Centre or from a lawyer.
